Orders received before 12:00 PM will be handed over to the delivery company on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be handed over the next day. Delivery times will be counted from the handover date and typically within 2-3 days

We accept returns within 2–3 days of delivery, only if there is a product mismatch or defect caused during handling or dispatch.

• Items must be returned hand-delivered in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or personal dissatisfaction with performance.
